CONTEST INFO & RULES:

SixStates.net is proud to present its second annual NEW ENGLAND SKI AND SNOWBOARD PHOTO CONTEST. Snap a great photo of skiers or riders shredding in New England, and you could win a check for $200 (Second place will receive $50; third place receives $25.). We will publish nominated photos regularly on our Ski and Snowboard page throughout the season. The deadline for photos is April 1, 2010. We will announce the winner in early April.

Here's the 411:

• Only original photography will be accepted.

• Photos must be of skiing or snowboarding, and must be taken in New England.

• No advertising or logos are permitted on the photos.

• Employees of Mathers Media are ineligible.

• By entering the contest, entrant grants SixStates.net perpetual, nonexclusive rights to the photo.

• Entries will be judged by a panel selected by SixStates.net, and all decisions are final.

• E-mail your submission to sixstates@gmail.com (NOT our sixstates.net e-mails, as we don't want the photos to crash our accounts).

• Please include the following information in your e-mail: Full name, phone number, mailing address, description of photo and location.
