Massachusetts
Blackstone Valley NEMBA - The
mission of Blackstone Valley NEMBA is to promote sustainable mountain
biking in the southern portions of Worcester and Middlesex Counties of
Massachusetts and to organize a variety of fun rides and events for
members.
Charles River Wheelmen - Provides a year-round, high-quality recreational ride program with a
friendly, social atmosphere.
Essex County Velo - A
bicycle advocacy group that holds social group rides and competition in
road, cyclocross, mountain bike and kids' racing.
Greater Boston NEMBA -
Created in 1987, this chapter was the birthplace of NEMBA.
MassBike - A comprehensive
site with info on trails throughout the state plus news, events, and tips on such skills as
winter biking and riding to work. The site also links to individual
chapters in Cape Cod, Metro Boston and the Pioneer Valley.
Merrimack Valley NEMBA - Merrimack Valley NEMBA was formed in
1998 to address the issues of new trail creation and trail maintenance
primarily in the Greater Lowell area.
Minuteman Road Club
- A cycling/multisport club in Metrowest.
North Shore Cyclists - A
recreational club whose bike rides are mostly routed along the back
roads and shorelines north of Boston.
North Shore NEMBA - The
area north of Boston has a number of state parks and conservation
properties that are terrific for mountain biking. Chapter members enjoy
these trails by scheduling rides for different ability levels,
organizing trail maintenance events, running mountain bike skills
clinics, and enabling fellow bikers to find a wider biking community.
Rage on Boston - They
describe themselves as Boston's coolest mountain bike club for good
reason; they have a ton of members, maps and info on trails throughout
the area and a good forum.
Seven Hills Wheelmen
- A recreational group for adults in the Worcester area who enjoy
bicycling and other outdoor activities. Bike rides are for all abilities
and are not competitive. Off-season activities include hiking, mountain
biking, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing.

An active chapter in Southeastern Mass.
Wachusett
NEMBA - Protecting the trails and open spaces of the Wachusett
area.
New Hampshire
Bike-Walk Alliance of New Hampshire
- The Bike-Walk Alliance is the statewide focal point for bicycling- and
pedestrian-related issues including safety and education programs.
Central NH NEMBA - Chapter
has began mending the mountain bike trails of central New Hampshire in
2005.
Friends of Massabesic Bicycling
Association - Based out of Auburn.
Granite State Wheelmen - Active recreational bicycling group
that organizes both road and off-road rides.
New Hampshire Cycling Club
- Each summer NHCC promotes a 20-week race series at the New Hampshire
International Speedway, which attracts over 100 riders a week from New
Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts and Vermont. They encourage recreational
riders, new participants in the sport, and women to ride in the weekly
racing event at the NHIS.
Seacoast Area Bicycle Routes
- Group working to promote cycling in the seacoast area of New Hampshire
and southern Maine.
Seacoast NEMBA - Promoting
trail advocacy and trail access for mountain bikers in the New Hampshire
Seacoast region.
South Central NH NEMBA -
This chapter formed in March 2001 to promote local interest in mountain
biking and to maintain favorite riding areas and their future. Their
area of focus includes Hillsborough, Merrimack and Cheshire counties in
New Hampshire.

all abilities.
Narragansett Bay Wheelmen - Cycling group serving Rhode Island,

Pedro's
